This week totally got away from me. My mom had her second ear surgery in Nashville yesterday. The surgery went ten times better than last time, and we’re so grateful for that answer to prayer. Lord willing, this will be the last one she’ll need.
With travel prep and everything that comes with this sort of thing, I wasn’t at all prepared for today. I’m so sorry!
What I’d like to do for today’s blog post is ask how I can pray for you this week. I know NaNoWriMo has just kicked off, and so many of us need prayer as we struggle to get all those words on the page. I know I need prayer on that account.
I also know many of you have gone through some really rough stuff in the past few months, and I’d like to pray for you too.
“We tend to use prayer as a last resort, but God wants it to be our first line of defense. We pray when there’s nothing else we can do, but God wants us to pray before we do anything at all.”
― Oswald Chambers
So, how can I be praying for you today?
